Mergers and Acquisitions form an integral part of inorganic strategies. Indian Corporates have been increasingly adopting both domestic and global M & A strategies. However the same are very tricky to manage and there are pitfalls that need to be diligently avoided.

The above workshop will examine M & A strategies.
It will focus on both pre Mergers & Acquisitions Due Diligence, the M & A process and the Post M & A integration process.

This workshop will also cover valuation of target firms.

Participants are advised to get their own laptops on the second day to get a hands on experience of M & A valuation. Corporate Case Studies will form an integral part of the seminar.

Faculty:

Prof. Anil Menon
• A Production Engineer and a Post Graduate in Management Studies from the prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
• Mr Menon has more than fifteen years experience in the field of financial services. & Investment Banking.
• He began his corporate career with SBI Capital Markets Ltd, a premier investment bank in India. His last designation was Asst. Vice President (AVP) Treasury Operations.
• He later moved on to S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research as faculty. He is currently associated with their Family Managed Business (FMB) program. The FMB program aims at developing the second generation of Family Managed Business to manage and grow their firms.
• He has also been active in the field of training having conducted sessions for SBI Capital Markets Ltd, Godrej Industries , General Motors, Patni Computers, GVK, HDFC Standard Life etc.
• He is currently pursuing his doctoral studies in Mergers and Acquisitions and is also a consultant to leading financial services companies.
