Project Management
14 FEB 2012 - JW Marriott, MUMBAI
16 FEB 2012 - The Lalit, DELHI
Can we do projects 20-50% faster?
Why are projects consistently late, in India and around the world?
Projects are the most difficult aspect of managing and growing an enterprise.
You might think that the problem is poor planning, lack of discipline or factors beyond our control. Not true!
The workshop will highlight how you can speed up project execution and even turn project management into a strategic weapon.
Programme Benefits:
It will
• Demonstrate how projects suffer significant loss of speed and productivity because the
static schedules created by 100-year old Gantt techniques cannot be used to manage execution.
• Provide an overview of techniques that have been used by major organizations around the world to achieve real-time synchronization and finish projects 20-50% faster, to generate more than $3.5B in additional cash and profits.
Course Structure:
• Typical challenges in projects around the world
• Traditional project management flaws intensify the problems – How?
• Fixing project management flaws using Real-Time Synchronization Systems to tame uncertainties and significantly improve project performance and business results
• Practical implications and case studies
• What do I need to do next in order to get immediate results?
