Introduction


The Contracts are a light house, guiding and directing all business activities. These therefore very effectively influence bottom line of the organisation.
Seeds for a successful contract are sown at the tendering stage itself and hence it is necessary to be clear on fundamentals of Tenders and Contracts.


This programme has the objectives of making participants aware of fundamentals of tenders, contracts and their processes involving team of various functionaries. Deliberations on high and low lights of certain elements of Tenders and Contracts will enable participants understand the practical applications effectively.
