Discovering your Type
• MBTI test will uncover your personality type, you will find that it is one of the most enjoyable and fascinating instrument to reveal your own self to you.
• Validating your type – Understanding your own self and what does it mean to you and to your organisation?
• Interpretation of your results with facilitator and how to make the most of it
Session 3 -
Emotional Intelligence
• Understanding and managing self for a better “you”
• The four domains of emotional intelligence and what does it mean to you?
• Understanding self awareness to understand yourself, your goals, intentions, responses, behaviour etc.
• Learning the art of Self-Management to become more productive and successful at what you do
• Amygdala Hijack- what does it mean and how to handle the hijack? Learning strategies to regain your IQ points
Session 4 -
Learning to converse for results – Changing the nature of conversations in organisations to bring about performance breakthroughs
• Dialogue - The art of collective thinking to develop collaborative thought and coordinated action
• Understanding the elements of dialogue to engineer powerful conversations at work and to re-focus conversations when they become dysfunctional or difficult
• Learning conflict resolution and the art of holistic solutions through dialogue based on the William Isaacs and David Bohm’s methods

Session 5 -
The Art of setting performance goals –to create measurable outcomes
• Creating skills /challenge matrix for work engagement and learning
• Recent research findings and its application to performance goal setting
• Assessing and refining your existing performance system to make it more objective and effective
• Exercise in goal setting (Individual and team members goal setting)
Session 6
• Giving performance feedback for maximising performance and building motivation in your teams
• Designing and implementing a performance management program to create a high performance workplace by aligning individual performance with an organisation’s vision, values and strategic priorities
• Recent neurological findings and its practical applications
• Developing individual action plans from the learning for delivering feedback

• Ashis Sen has functioned as a key member of the team of coaches entrusted with the Change Initiative at HPCL for 5 years.
• Ashis Sen is certified on: Executive Coaching from the renowned Hay Group.
• Mr. Sen received the Palladium Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame for Excellence in Strategy Execution
• He visited Harvard Business School, Boston USA, in May 2010 on their invite to build case study on communication practices and visioning process adopted at HPCL.
• He was invited by Dr Rutgers University, US in May 2010 for delivering a talk at the EI consortium meet at Boston.
• His work has been appreciated by Dr. Richard Boyatzis and Dr. Daniel Goleman who are pioneers in the field of Leadership and Emotional Intelligence.
• Mr. Sen has authored a book titled “Fuelling Success” on the story of the transformation of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited
• Mr. Sen’s articles have been published in International Magazines like
