  6. Harassment as an issue resulting in employee disengagement
  7. Ways to avoid Gender biased decisions, statements and remarks
  8. Demonstrate the appropriate gender neutral traits and triggers
  9. Using Positive Reinforcement
  10. Being More In Charge & Gaining Confidence while working

 

Training Methodology

  1. This training program is delivered with the needs of adult learning requirements in mind. As a result the program is highly interactive. Instructor plays the role of learning facilitator and encourages everyone to contribute in the program.
  2. In this Training program we may use presentation, videos, Case studies, Role Plays, group games and activities as the given time permits. Presentation includes templates and tools to practice and implement creativity within an organization

  6. Discussion on article “Sexual crime against men is no myth”
  7. Discussion on the movie excerpts “Aitraz”
  8. Closure & Program Evaluation
